Terms And Conditions(AGB)

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop kegretstore.de. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Contract Partner

The purchase contract is concluded with Kegret GmbH. Our contact details can be found on the Imprint page.

2. Offer and Contract Conclusion

The display of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. The confirmation of the order follows immediately after sending the order and does not yet represent acceptance of the contract. We accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within two days.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include the applicable statutory VAT and do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made via the methods offered during checkout. Your chosen payment method will be charged at the time of order confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Germany and other EU countries. Shipping costs are displayed before completing your order. Orders over $200 are shipped free of charge. Delivery times vary depending on the destination but typically range from 2–7 business days.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described in the Return Policy section. You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. For detailed instructions, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. Kegret GmbH is not liable for slight negligence unless it relates to essential contractual obligations, injury to life, body, or health, or claims under the Product Liability Act.

8. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

9. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
